Banner advertisements are 12 months max duration.
Each banner has up to 20 advertisements. The number of times each advertisement appears depends on the percentage it is given, in rotator "blocks" of 5%. For instance, if 6 rotator blocks are purchased, your advertisement will appear 30% of the time.
All banners may be extended for a new fee.
Graphic design and web uploading cost are advertisers responsibility and cost. ME will put advertisers in contact with the website designers.
