On behalf of the MESNZ Committee, please find attached the Call for Papers and Advanced Notice for this years 9^th Annual Maintenance Engineering Symposium to be held in Auckland on 01 / 02 November.  The theme for this years Symposium is:

"Stopping the Trade Drain - Creating a Work Environment that keeps our Skilled Maintenance Resources in New Zealand”

If you have a good case study that highlights the improvements in team management and the team working environment has resulted in your skilled maintenance resources remaining at your company and not moving overseas, then please submit your case study summary to the MESNZ Committee.
